We started in a home kitchen in New Augusta with a flour-covered counter, a chaotic household, and an obsession with real food. The kind of food that doesn't come from a box. The kind that requires patience, a little mess, and the willingness to embrace the beautiful disorder of feeding people you love.

Every recipe here is tested in a real home — not a sterile studio. We bake for families who need dinner on the table at 5:30 and still want it to taste like someone cared. That's the unhinged mom energy we bring to every batch.

Now we share those recipes and baked goods with our community. From our morning brioche to our weekend sourdough, everything is made fresh, locally, and with the kind of intentionality that comes from having very little time and very high standards.
